General Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £50 for the Beauford Open Tourer and £20 for the Jaguar is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable; the balance is payable no later than 21 days prior to the event.
A confirmation letter will be sent with a request for the outstanding balance of payment six weeks prior to the event, this will confirm details of the itinerary as agreed at the time of booking. Changes can be made at this time.
All cancellations must be in writing, the full outstanding balance, if already paid will be refunded, providing the cancellation is recieved no later than 21 days before wedding/occasion
In the unfortunate event that we are unable to fulfil our agreement, an alternative vehicle may be supplied, dependant on availability and circumstances.
Passengers are required by law to wear seat belts, where fitted.Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
